To join the CSI - Suncoast Chapter, you must join the CSI National.  Simply complete the Membership Application below and select the appropriate CSI National dues amount.  Then, add the CSI Suncoast Chapter dues to this amount and fax to CSI National.  That's it!

Associate dues: $240
Intermediate dues: $115
Student dues: $27
Retired dues: $35

CSI Suncoast Chapter dues:  $45 per year, per person
